SANTA ROSA, Calif., Sept. 27, 2010 — Thermal Technology, a leading manufacturer of vacuum and high temperature furnace systems, recently shipped a 10-ton laboratory hot press to a customer in Eurasia. The high temperature graphite furnace system, Model HP20-4560, will be used for research and development applications at a major educational institution. This customized hot press has a graphite hot zone rated at 2300°C, inert gas capability and a diffusion pumped vacuum system.
